Someone's Daughter
Hungry and cold with nowhere to go
Dirty and tired, it’s beginning to snow
She begs for some change, lost and alone
Somebody’s daughter, missing a home
Scared of the night, she crosses the street, following the light dragging her feet
People they pass, they don’t really care
Somebody’s kid going nowhere
The rain beats down, tears in her eyes,
Who can here her silent cries?
Somebody’s child without a home
Somebody’s Daughter missing a home!
